Police say the undercover officer called Junious, and the man who was on the scene answered the phone.

Once police confirmed Junious was the man attempting to sell drugs to their undercover officer, they converged on Junious.

According to arrest documents, Junious saw police converging and fled the scene on foot. After a short foot chase, Junious was arrested and searched.

While police were searching Junious, the release states he pushed and pulled away from officers while stating “You’re going to have to kill me.”

Investigators say they found an ounce of methamphetamine, a packet of fentanyl, and a one-gram bag of MDMA on Junious’s person.

Court documents show Junious has been charged with two drug-related offenses, resisting arrest, attempting to evade arrest, and other related charges.

Junious has been taken to the Lackawanna County Prison on a $150,000 cash bail.
