Oklahoma City has a new drive-thru spot for coffee that opened quietly, but is growing in popularity.

Gold Dome Coffee Stop, 2901 NW 36th Street, opened about five weeks ago and reviews show it's been a hit.

Yelp reviewer Emma F., from Omaha, gave the business five stars on March 13 and said "staff was super nice and willing to explain each item," in addition calling the "food and drinks amazing."

The spot at the corner of NW 36th Street and May Avenue is serving up beans from Tulsa's Topeca Coffee, the original farm-to-cafe coffee company, vegan snack options from The Loaded Bowl, including scones, wraps, and sausage cheese bites, and a selection of teas from Urban Teahouse.

Additionally, Gold Dome Coffee's menu includes "signature sourdough cinnamon rolls," according to a post made by the company on Nextdoor.

"We're parents with a young family who knows how hard it is to park and journey inside a coffee shop with toddlers," the Nextdoor post said. "Part of our vision is to create an easier experience for the specialty coffee quality."

Gold Dome Coffee Spot is open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
