The Golden Girls Kitchen is coming to New York City. The pop-up restaurant inspired by the beloved TV series about four women living in Miami will open Wednesday in Manhattan's Seaport area.
The fast-casual concept from organizer Bucket Listers will feature menu items named for the show's characters, with a focus on desserts, according to a news release. The New York location follows a previous pop-up in Los Angeles that opened in July.
"Bucket Listers is honored to bring The Golden Girls Kitchen to Manhattan after a sold-out run in LA," CEO and founder Andy Lederman said in the release. "The opportunity to give its die-hard fans a deeper appreciation for the show’s lasting legacy has been a dream come true."

Sweets will include Blanche's Georgia Style Cookies and a range of cheesecake flavors, from strawberry to Oreo.
Fans can step into the "Golden Girls" world, taking photos at the kitchen table, for instance, and pick up new merchandise. There will also be panels and special events during the pop-up's run through the end of February.
Each ticket is good for a 90-minute reservation, a main dish and slice of cheesecake, with the option to add more on site, according to the event listing on the Bucket Listers website. Tickets start at $40 per person.
