'Who you gonna call? Ghostbusters!' SBSO performs live to a screening of the 1984 film

SOUTH BEND — The South Bend Symphony Orchestra performs live to a screening of “Ghostbusters” at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 29 at the Morris Performing Arts Center. 211 N. Michigan St.

Guest conductor Erik Ochsner leads the SBSO as it plays along to the full film.

Released in 1984, “Ghostbusters” stars Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, Sigourney Weaver, Rick Moranis and Ernie Hudson in a comedy about a business that catches ghosts in New York City.

The Kalamazoo Ghostbusters will be present outside the Morris, complete with movie-accurate props. Concertgoers are encouraged to come in Halloween costumes. No weapons allowed.

Tickets are $79-$10.
