Good Guys hostage situation serves as inspiration for film ‘A Clear Shot’

An electronics store in south Sacramento was the scene of one of the biggest hostage situations in U.S. history 28 years ago. More than 40 people were held for nearly nine hours by four masked men. KCRA 3 was there that day in the parking lot the Good Guys store off Florin Road, and so was a teenage boy named Nick Liesure. He’s now a movie director and has made a film about that deadly day called “A Clear Shot.” Get the full story in the video above.
