It might be three years since The Good Place ended, but stars Kristen Bell, William Jackson Harper and D’Arcy Carden are still close friends.

The trio, who played Eleanor, Chidi and Janet respectively, reunited earlier this week with a sweet photo, with Carden posting the snap on her Instagram account.

“Lunch with my loves,” wrote Carden in the caption, with Bell’s husband Dax Shepard commenting: “Surprised that table didn’t burst into flames with the collective hotness present.”

Bell, who plays Princess Anna in the Frozen franchise, has since signed up to a project involving The OC star Adam Brody.

The currently untitled comedy is being created by Erin Foster, with the story focusing on her own experiences and an “unlikely relationship.”

Brody will play Noah, a “charming” rabbi who is “stuck in his ways and used to playing things safe.” His life is turned around after meeting Joanne, a brutally honest and provocative individual who “upends his safe-life plan.”

The Good Place ran for 53 episodes across four seasons, with the show garnering critical acclaim and a slew of award nominations.

Since the show’s conclusion in 2020, it was announced that Ted Danson would reunite with creator Michael Schur for an adaptation of Chilean documentary, The Mole Agent.

The series will see Danson, who played Michael in The Good Place, assume the role of a mole who works undercover in a nursing home in order to investigate alleged mistreatment. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV+ were all reportedly engaged in a bidding war for the project, with the former coming out on top.
