Gorsuch: Why not defer to House on purposes for Trump subpoenas?

Meanwhile, Chief Justice John Roberts seemed skeptical of arguments by a House of Representatives lawyer, Doug Letter, that lawmakers have broad authority to investigate a president for the purpose of writing laws.
