This Gothic-Greek Revival style church-turned-condos in downtown Indy has people in awe

A divine Indianapolis condo has gone viral.

A video tour has garnered more than 660,500 views since it was posted on TikTok by real estate agent Summer Hudson on Sunday.

Folks are swooning over the distinctive Gothic/Greek Revival style open-floor condo at Meridian Arch, in the converted former Meridian Street Methodist Episcopal Church, 802 N. Meridian St. Its features include soaring curved ceilings, arched moldings and distinctive quatrefoil tracery windows.

The third-level condo, unit 301, was actually listed by Kate Fry, a real estate agent who is part of the Carrie Holle Group at Compass. The two-bedroom, two-bath unit, over 1,518 square feet, is listed for $525,000.

The building, across the street from Central Library, was constructed in the early 1900s and redeveloped by Hearthview Residential in 2008.

While all of the Meridian Arch condos retain some elements of the church, the unit is among those on the top floor that has many.

At 2,825 square feet, unit 302 has three bedrooms and two and a half baths.

Both come with two parking spaces in the garage.
