Gov. John Carney held a virtual press briefing Tuesday afternoon about Delaware’s response to COVID-19.

Carney's press conference comes as COVID-19 cases have dropped dramatically over the last two weeks, from an all-time high 7-day average of 3,378 cases on January 12 to 1,672 on Sunday — a decrease of more than 50%.

The state's positivity rate, while still high, has also dropped from a high of 32% on January 11 to 25.1% on Sunday.
