Gov. Newsom considers curfew following COVID-19 surge

Gov. Gavin Newsom dropped several bombshells in his Monday COVID-19 briefing, but one he briefly mentioned was his consideration of enacting a curfew. The governor has not mentioned this before since the novel coronavirus pandemic began. However, he said is now looking at studies on the impacts a curfew could have on curbing coronavirus transmission as cases have nearly doubled in the last 10 days.
