James City County: No collection on Tuesday. Collections will be delayed by one day for the week.
Newport News: No collections Monday and Tuesday; all collections for the week are delayed as follows: Monday’s collections on Wednesday, Tuesday’s on Thursday, Wednesday’s on Friday and Thursday’s on July 10. All regularly scheduled collections for the week of July 10 will be delayed one day.
Poquoson: No collection changes on Tuesday.
York County: No changes to garbage collections on Tuesday. Tuesday’s recycling collections will be delayed one day.
Hampton, Portsmouth: Tuesday’s collections will be picked up Wednesday.
Chesapeake, Suffolk: Collections for the week will be delayed one day.
Norfolk, Williamsburg: No collection changes Monday and Tuesday.
Virginia Beach: Tuesday’s collections will be picked up Monday.

Hampton Roads Transit: On Monday, bus, light rail, ferry, base express and paratransit services will operate on regular schedule. Transit center information booths will be closed. On Tuesday, bus, light rail, base express and paratransit will operate on Saturday schedule, the ferry will operate on regular schedule. The customer service call center, transit center information booths and public access to all administrative facilities will be closed.

Portsmouth: Centers and Summer RAYS Summer Camp sites will operate normal hours on Monday and will be closed Tuesday.
Chesapeake: Most centers closed Monday and Tuesday with the exception of Deep Creek, Indian River and South Norfolk Community Centers which will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday for Summer Blast childcare and will be closed Tuesday.
