Grab your magic hat, Frosty! Watertown Police Department is looking for the best snowman

The Watertown Police Department is having a snowman contest. The police will be looking for your snowman while out patrolling, or you can send a private message using Facebook and an officer will drive by your place and look for your snowman.

Have your snowman completed by Wednesday. A winner will be picked by Thursday and will receive a $100 cash prize.
