Graeter's Ice Cream has released the first of the bonus flavors for the year, and it's a good one: Strawberry Cheesecake.

Described as an "indulgence of rich cheesecake ice cream mixed with strawberries and graham cracker pieces," Strawberry Cheesecake is the first of five bonus flavors that will be released in stores and online. It is available for purchase beginning Monday.

Each bonus flavor is only available for a limited time and once it is gone from stores and online, the flavor is retired for the year.

Strawberry Cheesecake is available at all Graeter's locations in Ohio, Kentucky, Chicago, Pittsburgh and Indianapolis.
