Good morning! Erin Glynn here, Enquirer reporter for Butler, Warren and Clermont counties.

Have you ever visited Grailville?

It’s the U.S. headquarters for the Grail, an international nonprofit women’s organization, and it’s right in Clermont County.

The land features rolling green pastures, forest and a beautiful, yet unmaintained, Victorian mansion. Community members are passionate about the land and have described it as “sacred.” Many have said they feel a unique sense of peace there.

Grailville’s fate has been uncertain since the Loveland Planning and Zoning Commission denied a developer’s zoning application to build houses on 110 acres of the property in 2022. Now, a local land conservancy is interested in buying 89 acres and keeping it accessible for everyone, if the conservancy can get money from the state.

You can read more about Grailville and the potential sale here.
