Grammy Award winning guitarist Jason Vieaux to perform at Wayne Center

Wayne Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the performance of Classical guitarist Jason Vieaux will perform at 7 p.m. Friday at the Wayne Center for the Arts auditorium.

Vieaux, “among the elite of today’s classical guitarists” (Gramophone), is described by NPR as “perhaps the most precise and soulful classical guitarist of his generation.”

The solo recital will include work by J. S. Bach, Domenico Scarlatti, Leo Brower and a few of the artist’s own compositions.

Seating is limited. A reception will follow the performance.

Tickets and information for this concert, and the full Wayne Center Presents series, can be purchased at WayneArtsCenter.org. Individual tickets are $20. Subscriptions for the full five concert series are $80. Ticket availability is limited. Support for Wayne Center Presents is provided by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Ohio Arts Council and individual contributions.
