UPDATE: Heart to Heart Gala postponed after Amy Grant bicycle accident

UPDATE @ 8:30 a.m.:

The Kettering Health Foundation’s Heart to Heart Gala has been postponed until next year.

The event was postponed after Grammy Award winner Amy Grant postponed her performance at the event.

Grant was involved in a bicycle accident in July and sustained a concussion. She was forced to cancel all of her fall tour dates.

The event has been rescheduled. That date will be announced to the public at a later time.

INITIAL REPORT:

Multi-Platinum Grammy Award winner Amy Grant will be headlining the 2022 Kettering Health Foundation’s Heart to Heart Gala.

The show is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 20, at the Schuster Center. The money raised from the Gala will be used to fund and bring awareness to Kettering Medical Center’s Heart Vascular program.

The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. and end at 10:30 p.m. Grant is expected to perform songs from her career that spans more than 40 years.
