Grand Forks man pleads not guilty to cocaine, methamphetamine and marijuana crimes

Apr. 12—GRAND FORKS — A Grand Forks man waived his preliminary hearing scheduled for Monday, April 15, and pleaded not guily to four felony drug crimes.

Nolli Hedaria Neal Sr., 50,

was arrested in March

after a search warrant was executed on his residence, according to a probable causes statement filed in the case.

Inside, police allegedly found approximately 806.3 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 60.5 grams of suspected cocaine HCL, 19.2 grams of suspected cocaine base and 399.7 grams of marijuana. A total of $12,360 in small denominations and a handgun were also found, the statement said.

Neal is charged with two Class A felonies, possession of at least 50 grams of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture or deliver and possession of at least 50 grams of cocaine with intent to manufacture or deliver.

Neal is charged with Class B felony possession of cocaine with intent and Class C felony possession of marijuana with intent.

A final dispositional conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on July 11.
