Grand jury hands down Fayette indictments

May 16—Debbie Hendrick, clerk of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, has released the names of individuals scheduled to be arraigned in the court on Friday, May 20.

An indictment is not proof of guilt, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
