Grand opening of Jersey Mike's Subs in Marion to be held Wednesday; fundraiser planned
Jersey Mike’s Subs will open at 1426 Mt. Vernon Ave., Marion on Wednesday.
Franchise owners Pritesh Patel and Sachin Patel will hold a grand opening and fundraiser Wednesday-Sunday to support Marion Matters Inc. and the Boys & Girls Club of Marion County.
Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon distributed through a grassroots effort before the opening can make a minimum $2 contribution to Marion Matters Inc. and the Boys & Girls Club of Marion County in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.
Guests can place orders in-store or for pick-up through the website or through the Jersey Mike’s app. Delivery is available in most areas through the Jersey Mike’s app or through third-party delivery partners. Curbside pick-up is available for orders placed in Jersey Mike’s app.
The restaurant’s hours are 10 a.m.-9 p.m., seven days a week. The restaurant phone number is 740-692-9964.
Jersey Mike’s believes making a sub sandwich and making a difference can be one and the same, according to a news release. Since 2010, Jersey Mike’s locations throughout the country have raised more than $110 million for charities. In 2023, the company’s 13th annual Jersey Mike’s Month of Giving in March raised $21 million for more than 200 charities.
