The drive into the neighborhood is beautiful with large moss-covered trees lining the roads. Each property is private. Homes are built off the road on wooded lots, Phelps said.

“As you turn off of Highway 14 onto County Road 21, you will notice the beautiful farmland on both sides of the road,” Phelps said. “There is a mixture of beautiful homes on the river, and pastures for cattle and agriculture before you arrive at the gated entrance to Grandview Harbor. You can go for a boat ride, fish from the floating dock, or fire up the grill as you watch the boats travel down the river.”
