ST. CLOUD ― Summer is officially here. St. Cloud kicks off its annual Granite City Days on Thursday with a variety of events planned through Sunday. Here's what you need to know:
Thursday, June 23
The annual Lemonade Art Fair will take place at St. Cloud State University from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. More than 150 vendors will be there selling everything from art, candles, food and gifts.
The Little Lemons Art Park will offer child arts and craft projects and Paramount Arts District staff members will coordinate activities from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., south of Stewart Hall.

Friday, June 24
The Liberty Block Party will kick off at Whitney Park starting at 6 p.m. It will feature the Little River Band with special guest Ambrosia. You are encouraged to bring your own chairs.
Saturday, June 25
Granite City Days Adult Softball tournaments will happen Saturday and Sunday starting at 9 a.m. at Whitney Park. To register your team visit https://ci.stcloud.mn.us/177/special-events.
The Granite City Days Parade will start at 10 a.m. at the St. Cloud Hospital. The route will go along Sixth Avenue North, past Cathedral High School and along St. Germain Street West to end at the Great River Regional Library.
Residents can meet at Lake George around 7 p.m. for the St. Cloud's Got Talent show with special prizes to be awarded. Bring your own chairs.
After the talent show, at 10 p.m. you can watch a fireworks show at Lake George.
Sunday, June 26
Sunday morning is the annual Granite City Days 5K Run at Lake George, which starts at 8 a.m. Participants can pick up their packets and shirts beginning at 7 a.m. on 12th Avenue South near Lake George and City Hall.
World Heritage Day and the Closing Ceremonies will take place at 1 p.m.
