Grants Pass man dies in Saturday crash

Mar. 9—A 58-year-old man died Saturday when he crashed into a parked semi in Grants Pass, according to the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety.

Grants Pass police and firefighters responded at 1:25 a.m. Saturday to the 2200 block of NE Industry Drive. A press release said the crashed vehicle was located under the front of the parked semi-trailer, and the driver, a resident of Grants Pass, was pronounced dead at the scene. His name was not released.
