Green Bay Police seek suspect in attempted armed robbery Monday night at Mobil gas station on University Avenue

GREEN BAY - A gunman entered an east-side Mobil gas station, demanded money and fired a gun Monday night in Green Bay, according to the Green Bay Police Department.

Police said they were called at 9:16 p.m. Monday to the gas station, 1465 University Ave., after a store clerk reported an attempted armed robbery and that the suspect had fired a handgun with customers in the store.

No one was injured and no cash or merchandise was reported stolen, police said.
