Greenfield Police Searching For Suspect Involved In Armed Robbery
GREENFIELD, WI – The Greenfield Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in identifying a suspect who police said was involved in an armed robbery of a liquor store on Wednesday night.
According to a post on the police department’s Facebook page, a man wearing a red, white and black plaid shirt, green baseball cap and jeans, was involved in the robbery at Jen’s Beverage, located at 4312 W. Howard Ave. at 8:47 p.m. on Wednesday.
In the photo taken from a store surveillance camera, the suspect can be seen holding a gun while wearing black gloves and a face-covering similar to those that are required to be worn due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Police are attempting to identify the suspect and are asking that anyone with information about the suspect or the incident to contact the police department and Megan Spodick at (414) 761-5300.
