Greenfield Village Holiday Nights tickets to go on sale to public soon

The sound of carolers and the smell of roasting chestnuts are bound to get attendees of Holiday Nights in Greenfield Village in a festive, cheerful spirit. Luckily, the tickets for the beloved tradition are about to go on sale and already are for members of The Henry Ford.

According to The Henry Ford website, the event has been around for nearly 25 years and provides a broad range of experiences. Tickets are available to members, and sales will open to the public Nov. 1.

“Explore more than 80 acres of Greenfield Village in this glimmering after-hours celebration of a beloved, heartwarming holiday. Warm up in historic homes as we open the doors to centuries of favorite family traditions,” said the website. “From the finest tinseled detail to the fireworks-filled sky that marks each evening’s finale, make our holiday story a cherished part of your own.”

The dates and times for the events are as follows:

  • Dates: Dec. 1-3, 8-10, 14-17, 19-23 and 26-28.

  • Times: Open from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Members of The Henry Ford get pre-show entry at 6 p.m.

Ticket prices also vary, with add-on options available, including the Supper with Santa Dining Package and the Holiday Nights in Eagle Tavern Dining Package.

Holiday Nights

  • General Admission (ages 12+): $32.50 for members, $38 for public

  • Senior (ages 62+): $29.25 for members, $34.25 for public

  • Youth (ages 5 to 11): $24.25 for members, $28.50 for public

  • Children (4 and under): free

Supper with Santa Dining Package

The package includes a delicious meal, admission to Holiday Nights, a horse-drawn carriage ride “plus a special visit with Santa himself”, according to the website.

  • General Admission (ages 12+): $70.50 for members, $76 for public

  • Senior (ages 62+): $67.25 for members, $72.25 for public

  • Youth (ages 5 to 11): $62.25 for members, $66.50 for public

  • Children (4 and under): $5 admission for members and public

Holiday Nights in Eagle Tavern Dining Package

The package includes a holiday feast where “the proprietors of this 1850s stagecoach stop will delight your palate with an authentic holiday meal served by presenters in period attire and enhanced by seasonal decor and live music.”

The dinners are offered at 5 p.m. at 7:30 p.m.

  • 5 p.m. slot: $117.50 for members, $123 for the public, and $5 for children ages 4 or under.

  • 7:30 p.m. slot: $107.50 for members, $113 for the public, and $5 for children ages 4 or under.
