Greg Cote Show podcast: The Monkees, golf, Roy Bellamy, Izzy and Jessica on a boat — a potpourri!

The new Greg Cote Show podcast, out now, celebrates Greg Week! What is that? Well, it’s a behind the scenes look at a typical — or maybe not so typical — week in the life of our podcast host. This one is an unpredictable potpourri. All over the doggone map!

This is our hallmark 40th podcast of 2021 and 82nd overall and we welcome you back as always!

In the new episode:

Greg demonstrates how much he loves his wife by taking her to a Monkees concert. That’s right. The Monkees. (The ones still alive, at least).

Greg covers the Florida Panthers’ season opener and has a fun postgame chat with hockey maven Roy Bellamy!

Join Greg, Chris and Uncle Dick for a round of golf. Somebody shoots an all-time best personal round. Followed by lunch at Hooter’s.

We have a group dinner at South Florida’s legendary German/Bavarian restaurant, Old Heidelberg.

There’s a Hard Knocks/Greg’s Lobos update. Hint: The ‘Bos win a fourth straight game -- but heads are rolling and changes are made

Greg and the guys discuss the sad, sad Dolphins and Hurricanes after both lost yet again. (Save us, Heat and Panthers!).

Greg and Yeti discuss corn mazes and hayrides. (Because the demand was there).

Finally, we join Chris on a boat with Izzy Gutierrez and Le Batard Show’s Jessica (Jameson shots) Smetana.

Hear all of this and more in our latest episode of The GCS! (Find the entire catalog HERE). A new episode drops every Monday morning at 7 a.m. on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google, Stitcher — all free, wherever and whenever you do your podding, including of course at Miamiherald.com.

The show also simulcasts on Sirius XM radio Mondays firom 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Our podcast debuted March 2, 2020, just before the pandemic hit (coincidence, don’t blame us), and overwhelming support from our loyal and growing family of listeners nationwide and beyond has been terrific, humbling and much appreciated.

Thank you all so much, pod family. Please continue to listen, rate, review, follow, then unfollow and follow again and so on. It isn’t cheating, and it helps us lots. Tell your friends, too!
