Grey's Anatomy cast members have reunited on the picket line of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strikes.

Amongst the striking stars was Kim Raver, who plays Dr Teddy Altman, and who shared a video from the picket line which included her co-stars Chandra Wilson, Jason George, James Pickens Jr., Camilla Luddington, Sarah Drew, Kelly McCreary and others.

She wrote: "Proud to stand in solidarity on the picket line today with many of our Grey's cast/crew family and fellow #SAGAFTRA Union members today in front of Warner Brothers! A special shout out to @jasonwinstongeorge, thank you!!"

George, who stars on Grey's Anatomy and spin-off show Station-19 shared a video of himself explaining why several "first responder" shows were picketing together.

"We are at Warner Brothers studios. We are a picket of the first responder shows," he said to the camera.

Turning the camera to the crowd behind him, which included cast members from ER and Station-19, George continued: "We've got a whole bunch of people from your favourite medical shows, a bunch of people from your favourite firefighter shows... we've got cops in the house.

"We're showing up to let you all know that the deal's not done yet, actors are still trying to get a deal which works for actors. We're trying to make sure that the rank and file actor can still feed themselves when they work. It's not a hobby, it's a profession."

Meanwhile, season 20 of the long-running medical show has been delayed indefinitely due to the ongoing strikes.
