COLCHESTER — The Grill on Market Street is one of the new businesses to come to Colchester.

“I grew up in a restaurant,” Knox said. “I grew up with Pag's working for my dad and worked at Western Illinois University (WIU) for 24 plus years. I'm just ready for a change. My wife and I decided when this came available, Margaret and I decided to do it.”

Todd's wife, Margaret, owns Margaret Roberts Travel, which has also recently moved to Colchester.

“We like the Colchester community," Knox said. “Colchester has been very good to us since we've announced we're opening. We've had a lot of help as far as people supporting us.”

Knox says there will be daily specials, burgers, fries, homemade tenderloins, spaghetti, horsehoes and pizza at night. They have a liquor license for beer and wine.

“I just hope the people in Macomb will come down and support us, come and eat dinner, stop by The Full Scoop and get ice cream on the way home,” he said.

The Grill on Market Street is located in the old Beck's building. They have dine in and take out. Breakfast, lunch specials and dinner and are open Monday-Friday 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. And 3:30-8 p.m.
