MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Grizzlies have announced that the team is signing guard Jordan Goodwin to a two-way contract.

Goodwin, 25, signed a 10-day contract with the Grizzlies on February 13 and has played in two games and started in one. He has averaged 10.5 points, five rebounds, three assists, and more than one steal in 26.5 minutes.

To make room on the roster, the Grizzlies are waiving guard Jacob Gilyard. The 25-year-old has appeared in 38 games across two seasons with the Grizzlies, averaging 4.6 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 3.6 assists.

Gilyard, one of the league’s shortest players at 5-feet-9, started in 14 games for the Grizzlies. Gilyard also appeared in 55 games with the Grizzlies G League affiliate, the Memphis Hustle. He signed a two-way contract with the Grizzlies in April 2023.
