Ground breaking ceremony held for new apartment complex in West El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A ground breaking ceremony was held for the future Azul Cielo Townhomes on Friday, Feb. 2 in West El Paso, according to Exigo Architecture.

The ceremony was an introduction to the community for a “high-end 43-unit reisdential complex on 2.7 acres,” said Exigo Architecture.

The Azul Cielo Townhomes will be located on 201 N. Desert Pass St., El Paso, TX., 79912 and financing will be provided by Raiz Federal Credit Union.

The ceremony also addressed the shortage of homes for sale in West El Paso and the project will focus on easy to maintain homes for modern living, according to Exigo Architecture.

The expected completion of the complex will be by October 2024.
