Nashville-based events company Groups360 has secured $50 million in a corporate round, according to company database Crunchbase, topping the city’s recent funding headlines. The cash infusion was announced August 19 and led by Hilton Worldwide.

The six-year-old company has raised two previous funding rounds, including a $500,000 seed round in 2016.

In other local funding news, enterprise software company XOi Technologies announced a $11 million Series C funding round on August 7, led by PeakSpan Capital.
