Baseball postseason upsets: 'We're playing with house money'
Bad weather has forced the postponement of the Division I regional baseball tournament to June 3 at Dublin Coffman.
Grove City will face Hilliard Darby at 2 p.m. in the first semifinal, followed by defending state champion New Albany against Westerville North at 5 p.m.
The winners will meet in the regional final at noon June 4. That game was moved up by three hours from the originally scheduled start time.
According to Coffman baseball coach Drew Kirby, storms June 1 followed by more rain the morning of June 2 made the field unplayable despite several hours of work.
