Fischer, Nesselroad and Dailey all worked for Chase Bank at one point together. Nesselroad left the bank about five years ago to start NorthPointe. As the company grew, Nesselroad tapped financial advisers he knew to join.

"This was a natural area for him and I. We have experience working together and had a lot of clients in the area," said Fischer, a Warsaw native.

He's thrilled to be in Coshocton and said community feedback for him and the business has been strong so far.

"It's the hometown feel. It's where I grew up. It's where I'm rooted," Fischer said on still calling Coshocton County home. "The people here are very embracing. It's a very different community than what you get elsewhere. It truly is home and I wanted to serve the people I grew up with and lived with."

Fischer and Nesselroad said they're happy to be in Downtown Coshocton, which they believe is on an upswing. Nesselroad said they did a lot of renovations to their building, which was last an office for the American Red Cross.

"I felt good in making an investment in Coshocton," Nesselroad said. "I think in the next two to three years Main Street will keep expanding."

Financial plans are tailored to the client with their appetite for risk and the current tax picture taken into account once assets and goals are ascertained. Estate attorneys, certified public accounts and other experts are also consulted as needed. Fischer said they think of themselves as a quarterback leading a diverse team.

"We go into every facet of financial services," he said. "You're not piecing and parting everything together for your financial plan and trying to track down specialists for certain areas. We've done that for you."
