Guangzhou market regulator fines Alibaba-backed UC Browser 2 million yuan for false advertising

SHANGHAI (Reuters) - The market regulator in the Chinese city of Guangzhou said on Tuesday it has fined Alibaba-backed browser UC Browser 2,091,636 yuan ($319,470) for false advertising, following exposure on China's Consumer Day program on CCTV.
