There are several programs and initiatives to help improve communities in Baltimore, but much of the work is done by people in those neighborhoods, determined to make a difference. They're called the "Guardians of Baltimore," and WBAL-TV introduces them as this week's community champions. Children are now playing in a park that was abandoned for decades.
