Quote: "Due to the lack of human resources to send to the war in Ukraine, measures of so-called ‘internal self-mobilisation’ are being conducted on the territory of the Russian Federation.

In Kursk Oblast, [recruitment is being conducted] under the guise of recruiting candidates for logistics units, and in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, in particular, employees of the Atom Okhrana organisation [Departmental Security Service of Rosatom], [are] allegedly [being recruited] for the units of protection of important facilities.

Candidates who have signed the contract undergo a one-week marksmanship training course and are immediately sent to the combat zone to replenish the military force."

Details: The General Staff also reported that in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk Oblast, in particular in the Bilovodsk district, a new recruitment for the so-called "units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" has been announced, since after significant losses in the battles, most of the full-time employees have run away or deserted to the territory of the Russian Federation.
