GuestWork LLC has joined the Pontiac Area Chamber of Commerce and commemorated the event with a ribbon cutting and open house.

According to a release, GuestWork LLC is a property management company that has partnered with Vision Homes Group, RE/MAX Rising Team of Aubrey Graves and Julie Moore. Trevor Runyon is a third member of the group that specializes in listing and renting houses and apartments. It will also manage long-term rental units. The release stated, “Our clients are current or aspiring AirBnB hosts, landlords, homeowners, real estate investors, relocation specialists, insurance companies representing displaced families, tenants and guests.”

There is also a cleaning and maintenance service through GuestWork Partners, with Austin Graves and Casey Prewitt, who is director of maintenance.
