Here’s is a monthly roundup of Tri-Cities events, trivia nights and car shows you won’t want to miss during the month of May:

Entertainment & Events in Tri-Cities

  • Walk and Roll 3K community fundraiser and BBQ to raise awareness for LGBTQ+ youth bullying, suicide and self-harm prevention from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 20 at Wade Park, Road 54 in Pasco.

  • Free Bees and Blooms wildflower walk on Badger Mountain trails in Richland on May 21 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Pre-registration required.

  • American rock band REO Speedwagon is live in concert May 23 at 7:30 p.m. the Toyota Center in Kennewick.

  • Starting May 26, the Bureau of Reclamation begins the “One River, Many Voices” laser light show and the generating plant public tours at Grand Coulee Dam. The free light show is nightly at 10 p.m. through July 31. The visitor center is free and open daily 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

  • Popular Texas band Intocable brings its regional Mexican music that’s a fusion of Norteño and Tejano music to the Toyota Center Tri-Cities at 8 p.m. May 27.

  • Classical Suites, a series of chamber music concerts, is Saturday, May 27, at the Princess Theatre in Prosser, featuring Café Music by Paul Schoenfield and Claude Bowling’s Suite for Cello and Jazz Piano Trio, with cellist Mika Hood. Tickets are available on the Princess Theatre website.

  • The Pacific Northwest Mustang Club is having its 41st Spring Show and Shine 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on May 28 at the Columbia Park Bandshell in Kennewick.

Lourdes Health and Trios Health $10 sports physical clinics for middle and high school students 9 a.m. to noon May 20.

Live Music

  • Sage Brewing Company Hansen Park, 910 S. Columbia Center Blvd., Kennewick, offers live music and bands every Saturday evening: May 20, Pamela Thomas-Martin, 7 p.m.; May 27, Tupelo Joe, 7 p.m.; June 3, Gabriel Knutzen, 6 p.m.; June 10, Close Enough, 6 p.m.; June 24, Chainsaw!
