Justin Marques leads Fairhaven and the rest of the SouthCoast with 12 touchdowns while Westin Chase has scored six times, including five in the last two weeks. The Blue Devils, who are averaging 33.8 points per game, have topped 40 on three different occasions while the defense is holding the opposition to 7.6 points per game.

He has a team-high four TDs this season. Joseph Brightman also had a solid game carrying the ball against Old Colony with big gains up the middle. Penalties continue to plague the Bears. New Bedford head coach Mark DeBrito was pleased with the way his linemen competed despite being short handed. Even though the Whalers have yet to win a game, the defense hasn’t given up more than 27 points in the last three weeks. B-R has won two of its last three games after opening the year with shutout losses to Milford and Xaverian. Dawson DuBose led the Trojans last week with more than 150 rushing yards and three touchdowns.
