A pair of gunmen shot two men in a brazen daylight robbery of a Manhattan pharmacy, police said Tuesday.

The crooks barged into the Third Ave. drug store on the corner of E. 123rd St. in Harlem at 4:40 p.m. on Aug. 28, cops said. The robbers each brandished a firearm.

One of the thieves shot a 23-year-old man in the back while his partner stuck his gun to the belly of a second victim before taking his backpack, according to police.

The gunmen shot a 43-year-old man on their way out of the store, clipping him in the back of his right thigh, cops said.

Paramedics rushed the victims to NYC Health & Hospitals/Harlem in stable condition, according to law enforcement. Both men were expected to survive.

The outlaws fled into a dark-colored Honda that was spotted peeling off down E. 123rd St., cops said.

Police released surveillance footage of the thieves and described both men as in their 20s and with slim to medium builds.
