Gwen Stefani Grins from Ear to Ear in Sweet Valentine's Day Tribute to Boyfriend Blake Shelton

Gwen Stefani, who’s never been shy about expressing her affection for Blake Shelton, shared a sweet tribute to her boyfriend on Thursday, in honor of Valentine’s Day.

In her Instagram post, the “Make Me Like You” singer, 49, posted a trio of images highlighting their loving relationship.

In one photo, the pair smiled together while appearing to have recently woken up, given Shelton’s off-kilter hair.

Another image features what appears to be a cookie cake with the words “Gwen loves Blake” written on it in red and white icing, and in a third, Stefani sneaks a loving look at the 42-year-old country star while he casts a silly look at the camera.

Although the lovebirds still don’t seem quite ready to walk down the aisle, both Shelton and Stefani remain completely enamored with each other.

While discussing his relationship with Stefani in December, Shelton shared that the pair “aren’t just dating, you know.”

“This is something that I feel like is meant to be,” he told Today’s Today’s Natalie Morales. “I’ve learned more from Gwen Stefani as a human being, and how to grow as a human being, than I have from anybody ever in my life — anybody.”

Continuing to rave about his girlfriend of over three years, the singer added, “she’s everything that you could hope a human being could be.”

During a separate interview with Morales that month, Stefani also shared that engaged or not, she’s committed to her future with Blake Shelton.

The “Sweet Escape” singer said that she and her country star boyfriend bond over their past relationships and divorces — her from Gavin Rossdale, and him from Miranda Lambert.

“There is zero pressure … when there’s trauma, the way that we had trauma back in the day,” she said, referring to being cheated on. “Going through all these hard times, [you] get to a place where you find somebody that’s like your best friend, that you know you can depend on and trust and go through life — we’re just trying to be in the moment as much as we can.”

When Morales asked Stefani if she thinks Shelton is forever, she raved, “I hope so, yeah!”
