At this time police have not charged the owner with any crimes. It’s the latest of three deadly shootings in three days in the county.

Patrick Jones, 39, died and another man is critical after police say a Saturday night get-together led to gunfire on Britain Drive with no suspects in custody. It was the first of three homicides in three days in Gwinnett County.
“I just wanted to stay away from whatever was going on, just mind my own business,” a neighbor said.
Monday morning, police yet again responded to a call of someone shot to death at a business in Lilburn.
Gwinnett police say the owner of Putting Things Together Auto shot and a killed a man at the shop on Stone Mountain Highway.
It happened at around 10:30 a.m. but police say the owner may have shot in self-defense.
“Detectives are currently speaking with the business owner and any other witnessed involved in the incident,” Officer Hideshi Valle with the Gwinnett County Police Department said.
Just a day earlier, police say Andre King, 49, shot and killed a woman at an apartment complex on Burns Road in Lilburn.
King is believed to have known the victim before allegedly shooting her four times in the back.
“We want to ensure our citizens and our public that each incident has been isolated and they are not linked together,” Valle said.
Anyone with information about the shootings is urged to call Gwinnett County police.
