Gwyneth Paltrow has called her famous ex Ben Affleck "technically excellent" at sex.

Appearing on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast, Paltrow opened up about her famous exes Ben Affleck and Brad Pitt.

In a game that pitted the two exes against each other, Paltrow was asked to compare Pitt and Affleck in a series of categories.

While Pitt took home the award for best dresser and most romantic, according to Paltrow, Affleck won in the most likely to make her laugh and most argumentative categories.

Both Pitt and Affleck tied when Paltrow was asked who was the better kisser of the two, and when Paltrow was asked who was the best in bed, she couldn't quite decide.

"That's really hard, because Brad was the sort of major chemistry, love of your life, at the time. And then Ben was, like, technically excellent," Paltrow revealed before expressing embarrassment that her teenage daughter Apple was listening: "I can't believe my daughter is listening to this."

Lastly, Paltrow was quizzed on who was the best actor out of her exes where she debated for a while but eventually settled on Pitt.

"They're both so talented, Ben is a great writer and director, but I guess I'd probably have to say, acting alone, Brad. If you think of all the really different roles he's done… Ben is great too. They're both great."

Paltrow was engaged to Pitt in the mid-90s before the pair split and she later began dating her Shakespeare in Love co-star Affleck but the couple split up in 2000.

Meanwhile, Scarlett Johansson and Paltrow recently addressed claims they were feuding during filming for Iron Man 2.

Appearing on Paltrow’s The Goop Podcast, the pair who played Natasha Romanoff and Pepper Potts respectively reminisced about their time in the MCU, with Johansson denying they had a difficult working relationship.
