It was a walk to remember.

Gwyneth Paltrow attended the Emmy Awards and did her part to honor the recipient of the Lead Actress in a Drama Series award but nobody could concentrate on anything other than her walk to the mic.

Something In The Way She Moves

Perhaps it was the way Paltrow’s little steps skated across the floor or the way Stevie Wonder’s “Superstition” matched her tiny stride but something captivated the audience.

“The best performance of the night is Gwyneth Paltrow’s walk to the stage,” one fan wrote.

Another jokingly tweeted, “Gwyneth Paltrow is performing Gwyneth Paltrow with that walk.”

Dressed to Impress

The 1963 vintage Valentino dress definitely played a role the in stroll because she was holding it in one hand and Emmy’s envelope in the other. The sheer neckline transitioned into sleeves that brushed the floor as she walked.

The walk seemed to last forever and the production crew had so much time, that they cut to Goop’s husband, Brad Falchuk, smiling and clapping in the audience.

By the time Paltrow made it to the mic nobody could remember what she was there for but she did an amazing job awarding the trophy to Jodie Comer from “Killing Eve’s."

The Happy Couple

It was Paltrow’s and Falchuk’s red carpet debut as a married couple and they looked magnificent. The duo just moved in together last month after being married for almost a year. The two celebrated their nuptials in September 2018 and they were surrounded by their famous friends.

Goop’s dress and walk did inspire some people.

“I want to be Gwyneth Paltrow trying to walk across the Emmys Stage for Halloween,” a fan tweeted.

The world continues to be confused, baffled, and ultimately fascinated by everything Goop.
