We had no idea that emus love to play soccer

In Montgomery, Texas, two boys were passing a soccer ball around when suddenly some other players entered the fray.

Watch the hilarious moment two emus join these kids’ soccer game.

John McIntosh, father of one of the boys shot the footage on their family farm. He says both emus, named Johnny and June, were raised there.

According to McIntosh, the emus are useful for “protecting the other animals on the farm from predators and make great companions for the kids.”
