Hailee Steinfeld's red carpet appearance at The British Fashion Awards was a total #fitspo moment. The Hawkeye star, 24, just showed off her toned booty in a sequined, polka dot, backless jumpsuit on Instagram.

"Such a beautiful evening tonight at the fashion awards in london ✨," Hailee captioned her post. "So grateful to be amongst such an inspiring community of creatives. thanks to @hm for having me i loved collaborating with you & @jasonrembert on this innovative look! 💕."

Fans in the comments couldn't get over how strong Hailee looks. "Yes ma’am 😌🔥," one user wrote. Someone else added, "YASSSS QUEEN WORK IT." (Loving that energy!).

Wondering just how Hailee stays so fit? For starters, staying active is in her blood. Her father, Pete Steinfeld, is a trainer who has helped train Hailee to kickbox since she was little, according to Delish. "It took me so long to get it right, but now, I've been doing it for so long that I didn't think anything of it," she explained.

Hailee also loves crunches—so much so that she does a casual 3,000 reps a day. The Dickinson actress revealed her six-pack secret on The Kelly Clarkson Show, and Kelly even thought she was joking:

When she's traveling, Hailee adjusts her workouts to smaller spaces. She likes boxing in her hotel room, per Byrdie: "For me, it’s really always been a matter of being physically active, not so much working out," she said.

"My number one thing, considering my crazy, crazy schedule, is that I try to devote at least 15 minutes a day to getting some sort of physical activity in, whether it’s riding a bike, taking a walk, even just walking around in my backyard for 15 minutes," Hailee continued. "Just something to get some fresh air and the blood pumping."

And performing on tour helps her work up a sweat, too. "Touring is great because when I'm performing and sound-checking, I'm putting in more work than I realize," Hailee told Shape.

"If I'm in the gym I'll switch it up between the elliptical, bike, treadmill, or swimming. Even when I'm not busy, I always stick to my favorites: circuit training and kickboxing. Running isn't my favorite but I'll still do it."

As for her diet, Hailee's go-to breakfast is a big bowl of cereal, according to Delish. "Frosted Flakes is my current favorite, though it changes so often," she said. Lunch could be grilled chicken and rice, a burger, or some pasta. And dinner is usually more breakfast: "Scrambled eggs, pancakes, what else? I love it all," Hailee added.

"You know what the best thing in the world is? French toast with corn flakes. I had them in New York, I wish I could remember where, and it's French toast coated in corn flakes."
