Her days of being trolled by Miley Cyrus may be long gone, but Hailey Baldwin still faces her fair share of bullying. Nowadays, however, it's at the hands of online trolls, not Hannah Montana.

The 22-year-old took to her Instagram stories on Saturday to leave some candid words for critics that she feels are “trying to tear apart” her relationship with husband Justin Bieber, referencing how the negative comments she’s been receiving online have been a source of “anxiety” in her life and even led her to take a social media break.

“Being off of Instagram is the best thing ever. Whenever I take breaks from it I feel so much better, so much [happier] as a person … the second I come back on I get immediate anxiety, I get sad and I get worked up,” she wrote.

"It’s hard to focus on your well-being and mental health when each time you open Instagram someone is tearing apart your job, or your relationship or essentially any of the things in your life that are positive,” she added. “I just don’t believe we’re called to live a life where we’re so easily caught up in [strangers'] opinions on something they have NOTHING to do with.”

She concluded that “we need to take a step back and realize we need to express more love and encouragement to one another instead of consistently tearing people down and judging. And I won’t let people make me feel like I’m doing something wrong by enjoying my life and being happy. This world has enough hatred, hurt, and pain as it is, the last thing we need is more negativity, hate, and division."

The Drop the Mic host tied the knot with her 23-year-old hubby in a secret ceremony back in September, and despite the fact that Baldwin has been so open about flaunting her new last name on everything from denim jackets to her Instagram handle, she’s been relatively quiet about newlywed life with the Biebs.

According to sources at ET, the couple waited a long time before even publicly acknowledging their marriage so as not to “make a spectacle of it.”

Keeping tight-lipped about her relationship seems to be Baldwin's preferred strategy — the model opened up to Vogue Arabia in December about how she wants to stay out of the spotlight.

“I try my absolute best to be removed from the spotlight,” she explained. “ And I spend increasingly less time on social media. It has helped me balance everything that comes with this life.”
