Hailey Baldwin Is Using Her Married Name on Instagram
It’s (Instagram) official: Hailey Baldwin is now known as Hailey Bieber!
The model appeared to change her name on Instagram on Friday, November 16, reflecting her rumored marriage to Justin Bieber. And that's not all — she even changed her handle to @haileybieber; according to TMZ, Justin reached out to the social media platform this week to inquire about the account updates.
That wasn't the only Insta-official detail from the seemingly confirmed Mr. and Mrs. Biebs. That same day, Justin posted a photo of him and Hailey holding hands and smiling. The caption? “My wife is awesome.” Ahem. My wife.
As expected, fans were quick to notice both moments, and shared their excitement on social media accordingly. “I’M SHAKING,” one fan wrote in all caps, while another tweeted: “Okay, y’all are MARRIED.” There was no shortage of over the top reaction videos, and plenty of Beliebers were just simply rendered speechless by the apparent confirmation.
Shortly after Justin and Hailey announced their engagement in July 2018, news broke that the couple reportedly tied the knot during a courthouse wedding. In September, Hailey denied the rumors in a now-deleted tweet, but the speculation kicked up again the following month, when Justin began referring to the model as his wife.
Regardless of their official status (on Instagram and IRL), it seems as though the love between Justin and Hailey (or should I say Mr. and Mrs. Bieber) is the real deal.
