Hair salons, barbershops in 29 CA counties forced to close -- again

Hair salons and barbershops are just some sectors of businesses forced to close in 29 counties across California due to an increase in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations. Some are calling on Gov. Gavin Newsom to reconsider that decision, saying they’ve got the training to keep people safe. Newsom made the announcement Monday, when the state rolled back its reopening plans.
