Halle Berry has agreed to pay $8,000 per month in child support to ex-husband Olivier Martinez, among other stipulations including counseling, after finalizing their divorce agreement on Tuesday.

The divorce comes to a conclusion nearly eight years after the actors announced their split in 2015, reports People.

The two met on the set of the 2012 film “Dark Tide,” marrying a year later. They now share 9-year-old son, Maceo.

While Berry and Martinez have agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of Maceo, Berry will cover her son’s private school tuition, school supplies and any extracurricular activities.

She also agreed to pay Martinez $8,000 per month in child support, as well as “4.3% of any income she receives above $2,000,000,” according to court documents.

“The public documents filed in the matter should speak for themselves,” said Martinez’s attorney Matthew K. Skarin, in a statement to USA Today. “The parties wanted more clarity in regards to Maceo’s schedule and each of their respective time with their son.”

Maceo will reportedly split time with each parent during the week, and his mother and father will take turns having Maceo on the weekends.

The agreement even specified how much time Maceo will have on the phone with his parents. When at one home, he will reportedly be allotted a single phone call or video call that “shall not exceed 15 minutes” with the other parent.

The document also stated that “neither party shall speak in a negative, disrespectful disparaging, or derogatory manner” about the other while in Maceo’s presence.

A plan for family counseling was also outlined in the document, saying that Berry, Maceo and Berry’s 15-year-old daughter Nahla, who she shares with ex Gabriel Aubry, could attend these meetings.

However, Berry’s current boyfriend, musician and singer Van Hunt, will reportedly be barred from these sessions.
